First Church's Updates
Weekly Update for First Church of the Brethren, June 8, 2026
Revelation 22:6 – “These words are faithful and true”
The words of this scripture were spoken to John by an angel as part of the vision of “things that must take place soon.” But they can also say to be true of the rest of God’s words to us through scripture.
Imagine not be able to trust what anyone says. Imagine a world in which no one keeps promises. But God’s word CAN be trusted! God’s promises are the rock we stand on to help get us through this life…and into eternity!
– Pastor Dave
